Learning the Essentials


Starting CrossFit might feel overwhelming, so we have On-ramp Essentials classes where you can come in, learn the basics, and get ready for a group workout at your own pace. This is our equivalent of an initiation-fee except you get three one-hour personal training sessions!

We want you to be safe, so this is a pre-requisite to get you grounded in the movements and language of CrossFit. You will be coached with direction and attention, addressing the technique and mechanics of our foundational metabolic, weight-lifting and gymnastic movements.

If you have been doing CrossFit for a while, or have weight-lifting experience, we can quickly do an assessment to see if you need to on-ramp.

Please pay for all three sessions after you have booked your first on-ramp.

The Importance of Nutrition


Good nutrition is often a sticking point in anyone’s fitness regimen. Adding nutrition check-ins helps you build in healthy eating habits as you start CrossFit and get support to keep you accountable and on-track. WTalk to your coach about ongoing nutrition coaching after your On-Ramp is completed.
