Is CrossFit for me?

Yes! Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No! CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape.  Whatever your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and feel good doing it!

It’s not a workout, but it is intense! We want to know what you’re looking to accomplish with CrossFit, that way we can help you get there. It is a conversation about you; what you want to achieve, and how we can support you. There is no commitment, just an opportunity for you to see the facility, meet the coach, and discuss your fitness baseline. We take the time to run through the philosophy behind Crossfit and offer options for going to the next step.

Our experienced and certified coaches can also work with you if you an experienced athlete or veteran CrossFitter. Our experience and attention to detail will guide you to peak performance whether it’s for competition or simply to become better.
