YOU ARE WELCOME TO WORKOUT
We often get requests from traveling CrossFitters to drop in on a workout. This also works well if your schedule is too difficult to commit to a membership package. You are welcome to call in and join us, though we do ask that you email us to discuss your experience with the coach beforehand.
This option is for people who are comfortable with the challenging nature of the workouts. Please schedule your workout before paying, and arrive at least ten minutes early.
