I don’t brush my teeth because it’s fun, I do it because I know I have to. Every day. I won’t really notice if I miss a day, but I don’t want it to accumulate.

Working out is the same. I do it every day in some capacity. It’s not always fun, sexy, or even rewarding. But I do it because it has to get done.

And you know what? It accumulates.

Daily Workout to try:

20seconds on, 10seconds rest for 8 rounds switching exercises each round

Forward Lunge

Mountain Climbers

Plank

Kettlebell Swings (If you don’t have a kettlebell, insert bodyweight exercise of your choice here)

Behind the scenes notes: This will only take 4minutes. Each 20second interval should be approached with focus. Go 80%. If you are feeling 10/10 great today, do 8 rounds of the interval for EACH exercise. The entire workout would then be 16minutes long.
