At Crossfit Vashon we provide great coaching and personal accountability, wherever you are on your fitness journey. Start with a free, 30-minute “No Sweat Intro” and see where it takes you.

This is what we love to do.


1: No-sweat Intro

Schedule 30 mins to visit the gym and talk with the coach about your current fitness baseline and what you are looking for.

2: On-ramp

Review and cue foundational movements in a one-on-one setting, identify skills to work on and set achievable goals.

3: Your First Class

Check out a group class. We can scale any exercise to meet your fitness level, and have multiple class times to fit your schedule.

4: Become a member

Join group classes regularly to hit the Workout of the Day! Challenge yourself, work hard, sweat, celebrate with our amazing community!
