We are following King County’s COVID 19 guidelines. Our current indoor capacity is ten, and there are five places available on the platforms for those who prefer to be outdoors. Masks are optional for both workouts and 1:1 training sessions.
1: No-sweat Intro
Schedule 30 mins to visit the gym and talk with the coach about your current fitness baseline and what you are looking for.
Learn the technique and mechanics of our foundational metabolic, weight-lifting and gymnastic movements at your own pace.
3: Your First Class
Check out a group class. We can scale any exercise to meet your fitness level, and have multiple class times to fit your schedule.
